Mission/ Purpose:

Our perfect candidate is a highly detailed operator for building systems and scaling what works. You have the experience and the know-how to bring into our company new systems and processes that we can tweak and make our own. You have experience establishing an operational cadence to lead and hold accountable staff in a remote work environment. As someone with a high EQ & exceptional communication skills, you easily connect with others. You are directly accountable for making sure that all projects are completed on time with detail and excellence, client/team questions are addressed and aligned to our core values and standards, and any loose ends are taken care of within the company. You have background experience in digital marketing and know how to implement and bring ideas to life.

These are your primary roles:

Partner with the Founder(Visionary) on short and long-term planning.
Make sure all company projects/rocks are moving forward on time, on budget, and with heavy attention to detail. Holding the team accountable for agreed-upon commitments with excellence.
Identify problems and come up with creative solutions aligned with our vision/ values that serve our clients and protect profitability.
Create simple systems and processes to improve company efficiency, workflow, and communication. Take initiative to find things that need to be improved and take action on them. Hold the standard that the company systems and processes are being used by the team consistently.
Help manage and oversee the digital marketing department of our company while knowing what data points to track to help grow our audience, conversions, and brand.

Tech-Savvy – You’re savvy with online databases and software including Infusionsoft, Asana, Slack, Google, Trello, etc. If you don’t have experience in a specific software, you’re confident you can learn quickly.
